Salmon in the City Festival-Kickoff Celebration

Details:

Join Mayor Mark Begich, Dorothy Cook, President Native Village of Eklutna and others for this community celebration.

Peratrovich Park will be buzzing with Native Heritage Dancers and Drummers, fishy tunes from Carhartt Brothers, and Ursula Gould performing “Hot Times, Salmon in the City.”  

Salmon stewardship booths, beer garden and salmon treats from local vendors help create this WILD salmon celebration! 

 

*volunteers needed for Sierra Club booth, contact Katherine to sign up for a shift (5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm)
